AIWorkAlly - a platform for workplace well-being and productivity was created by Limitless Mind Institute in collaboration with scientists / researchers from Harvard Business School, University of Copenhagen, UC Davis and University of California Berkeley.
Limitless Mind Institute was founded in canton Zug, Switzerland to respond to increasing complexity of the psychological needs of modern individuals. It is the first Institute of Psychology and Cognitive Science in Switzerland that in its daily practice employs a unique combination of scientific approaches, interdisciplinary research & AI-powered technology.

Salvijus Naikauskas, MBA, MSc, PMP
Salvijus possesses more than 20 years of professional experience in Portfolio / Program / Project Management as well as 6 years in Management Consulting and Leadership Coaching. During various roles and assignments with increasing responsibilities at the world - leading financial and institutions, international government organizations as well as running his own companies he has gained international experience and developed his professional network all over the world.
Salvijus lived and worked in 6 countries and 12 cities and served of corporations, financial and public institutions of various size, acting in a very broad spectrum of industries in EMEA, CIS, North America and Asia Pacific.

Salvijus is also Founder & CEO of Naikauskas Global Business Services (Switzerland). He holds a certificate in Leadership Coaching Strategies from Harvard University, Harvard Extension School (Cambridge, MA, USA), a PMP license from the Project Management Institute (Switzerland), MSc in Management (Cum Laude) and an MBA degree in International Marketing from the ESB Business School, Reutlingen University (Germany).
